Native to Bladen County and daughter of Victor & Victoria Estelle Russ (hence the name Victory Medical), Daphne has 24 plus years of nursing experience. Her nursing career began in 1997 after graduating from Southeastern Community College with an Associate's Degree in Nursing. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2009 at UNC-Pembroke. In 2020, she completed her studies at ECPI University at Virginia Beach. She has a Master of Science in Nursing and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board(AANPCB) as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Daphne enjoys helping others and looks forward to serving the healthcare needs of Bladen and surrounding counties.

Haley joins the Victory Medical team as our Office Manager. Haley has achieved Associate Degrees in Art and Science as well as a Bachelors of Science in Public Health. Additionally, she completed her Phlebotomy certification at Bladen Community College. Haley began her career at Victory Medical as a phlebotomist, then transitioned to a Medical Assistant, and has now risen to the role of Office Manager, showcasing her growth and dedication within the team. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and caring for her pet bunny.

Shannon Butler, CPT
Allison joins the Victory Medical team as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certified through the American Medical Technologists (AMT) since 2017. She has worked in the medical field since 2010 and brings years of experience, care, and dedication to her patients. In her free time, she enjoys photography, riding motorcycles, listening to music, and spending time with family.

Shannon joins the Victory Medical team as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT). With 27 years of experience in the medical field, she has worked in a variety of roles, including as a Medical Assistant and now as a Phlebotomist. Shannon enjoys meeting new people and strives to make every patient feel comfortable and at ease during their visit. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchild.
